DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSFER FROM THE HOTEL OR THE AIRPORT?
Yes, over the years we have arranged private transfers in comfortable air-conditioned minivans fully equipped with what a family needs with pick up from the hotel in and outside London or the airports.

HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE IS PREFERABLE TO BOOK?
The licensed guides that are good in touring with kids are not many and in high season they might not be available last minute. It is always preferable to book well in advance at least 4 weeks.

CAN WE PAY BY BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD?
Yes, we accept both. If you travel from oustide the European Union credita card fees might be cheaper than banck transfer.

CAN THE TOUR BE CUSTOMIZED?
Yes, most of our tours in London are private tours so we can customize the starting time, the lenght and the attraction visited on your desires and needs. We will suggest you our best options and we decide together. If you want a shorter tour than 3 hours we can do it.

IS THE TOUR SUITABLE FOR KIDS BELOW 5 YEARS OLD?
kids below 5 years old are welcome and they can definetely come along with a stroller as well. However, the tour is great for children aged 6 and above. Of course the guide will customize the tour based on your kids age. If they are teenagers they will have a different tour than if they are below 10 years old.

IS THE VISIT TO THE CROWN JEWELS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR?
Yes you will see the Crown Jewels and other treasures kept in the Tower.

WILL WE SEE THE BEEFEATERS?
Yes, you will meet the Beefeaters (that is anickname for the Yeomen Warders), the guardians of the Tower of London. Probably they will allow kids to take a pic with them.

WILL THE TOUR TAKE PLACE WITH RAIN?
The tour takes place with rain or shine. The tour is mostly outdoor with some indoor parts.
