"Montse was so kind and caring. She was patient and understanding when we arrived late with tired and grumpy kiddos. She found ways to make Park Guell and Sagrada Familia interesting and educational both for the kids and my husband and myself. She was happy to pause and answer all our questions. Skipping the line was an amazing perk too. I would definitely recommend seeing both places with a guide. There's no way our kids would have lasted with just an audioguide, and we definitely learned much more by having Montse walk us around. It was also nice to meet someone from the area.
