"We want to thank both our driver Massimo and our guide Julia for a fantastic day trip to Florence and Pisa. We did a Mediterranean cruise on Norwegian Epic with our 2 kids (/)8 and 10 y.o.). Although the disembarkation was an hour late the driver waited for us and we got to see the things planned without rushing. Great recommendations also for lunch. Thank you guys. "
