"Great communication from Enza the booking manager giving us clear information about the meeting point. We were met by Lucia, our friendly tour guide who was great with the kids. Our tour consisted of just 8 people (2 families). The children were given a sheet with pictures of landmarks to spot and were given treats at various points to keep their enthusiasm going. We arrived at the pizza bakery within 15 minutes and the pizza was traditional Venetian pizza (delicious). Lucia was very knowledgeable and engaged the children (and adults) extremely well. She brought the history of Venice alive in a very accessible way for all ages. At the end of the tour, she offered to give any hints, tips or advice for our next adventures in Venice.
