"We had a ball - my mind keeps slipping back to walking among the ruins of the Roman forum in the late afternoon - beautiful. Roberta was wonderful and entertaining - very fun and a great host. We ran a bit overtime and she wasn’t fussed at all, she was very impressive! ", Elly Robinson, Australia

This collection retraces the rich history of Italian and Florentine art, from its beginnings in the eleventh century to Botticelli and the flowering of the Renaissance. In the central part of the gallery you can admire the Medici's private collection, left as a legacy to the city in the 18th century.

You will admire some of the most famous paintings of all time, including the works of the Renaissance era by Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Lippi and Raffaello, and other masterpieces such as Leonardo's ‘Annunciation’, Titian's ‘Venus of Urbino’, Botticelli's ‘Primavera’, and Caravaggio's ‘Bacchus’ and ‘Medusa’.

This amazing tour is perfect for the whole family, every participant will be happy to discover such beauty, and kids will enjoy learning with fun trivia, filling in their worksheets and scorecards, and taking part in interactive activities including quizzes and games.

At the end of the tour, either continue exploring the museum independently or make your own way back to your hotel.
