A Family-Friendly Pizza Making Class!
Looking for a fun activity for your family while in Rome? Consider our 2.5-hour Kids’ Pizza Making Class. You’ll enjoy the historic Campo de’ Fiori section, with its ancient monuments and intriguing shops. Your children will enjoy learning to make pizza from a Pizzaiolo in an authentic Italian pizzeria. Each child will receive his or her own chef’s hat and apron. The children will gather round a big wooden table covered with bowls of tasty toppings. They’ll decorate their hats, listen to stories, and hear a song or two, before they begin to make their own personalized pizzas.

Like miniature chefs, they’ll measure, mix, knead and roll out their own crust to top with sumptuous homemade sauce. Then they’ll select their own toppings. You’ll enjoy antipasti with local cheese, antipasto with salami, prosciutto, bruschetta and wine, while you chat with the other parents and photograph your kids having the time of their lives.
When the piping hot pizzas come out of the oven, you’ll choose your own pizza feast from the restaurant menu. How does a platter of salami, prosciutto ham, mozzarella balls, arancini meatballs and cheese sound? The children will eat their own individual pizzas and you will select yours from a mouth-watering list– margherita (tomato and cheese), mushroom, spicy salami or prosciutto. For dessert, it’s gelato for the children and a traditional Italian dessert for you. Wine or soft drinks complete the meal.
You’ll take home a complimentary step-by-step-pizza-making guide and a family-friendly guide to the attractions of Rome. After class, you are free to explore the sights and shops in the area.
Staff will direct you to public transportation or a taxi for your departure.
Classes are structured for children ages 5 to 14, but older children and adults are more than welcome. Reservations are required, so please contact us at email@example.com for information.
